Responsibilities Include:
Oversee Assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress Assure ABA services are provided to students according to the treatment plan Provide ABA therapy treatment plans, data collection documentation, and ongoing training Instruction to students in methods used to improve and/or correct delays in social emotional, cognitive, language, adaptive, and motor functioning according to ABA methods and principles Notifying BCBA supervisors of any changes in student s condition or response to treatment Conduct ABC chart, FBAs, data collection and analysis Write and implement behavior plans and programs Assess behavior plans and create goals for IEP Provide ongoing 1:
1 support for students at school, home and community settings Attend meetings and collaborate with other BCBAs to discuss progress of case and any concerns they arise Remain current on new Research and developments in behavior analysis.
RBT:
Registered Behavior Technician Responsibilities Include:
Providing direct client care in one-on-on setting Following the behavior reduction and behavior skill acquisition protocols Collecting and recording data based on client behavior Communicating with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress Assisting behavior analysts with behavior reduction assessments and skills acquisition Assisting behavior analysts in the preparation of client materials Observe activities of a child with ASD disorders under the supervision of a BCBA to identify positive behaviors and areas needed forimprovement Support in every day tasks ranging from play skills to ADL skills to academic skills Provide the child with prompts and modeling correct behavior while positive reinforcement is implemented to increase confidence and required skills to be independent.
Meetings with BCBA to discuss progress, regression and goals.
