This key position reports to the Residential Director & Assistant Director.
SUMMARY OF POSITION QCP has a receipe for a successful Residential Supervisor/QIDP.
The key ingredients that you will need to join our team:
BA Degree in the human services field Two years experience in an OPWDD program working in a supervisory capacity Strong coordination skills to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, including holidays are met.
You will conduct periodic unannounced shift visit Team player ready to hire, train, coach & discipline staff.
We look forward to seeing what managerial style you will bring to QCP! Schedule and facilitate meetings, including staff meetings, clinical/management meetings, resident meetings, etc.
If you have mastered the zoom platform, that is a plus! Support our individuals to ensure their rights, health, safety & personal outcomes are being met under guidance of the IDT Team, providers & OPWDD guidelines.
In addition, ensures an appropriate and individualized treatment plan is developed, monitored and revised as needed The ability to strategically plan & execute the Agency's philosophy, policies & procedures Commit to working 40 hours per week and available for off hour emergencies to support the program.
The schedule includes working one weekend day Self starter with the mindset to motivate staff to handle the changes in the field of OPWDD.
